She created Idaho Senior Transitions to gently guide seniors and their families through the rightsizing process from start to finish. Angela Mae and her team manage every detail with compassion and respect, through navigating coordinating a move, thoughtfully liquidating belongings, arranging donations, and preparing and selling the home. Families choose how involved they want to be, while Angela Mae ensures the process feels organized, manageable, and never overwhelming—allowing loved ones to focus on what matters most.
To best serve senior clients, Angela Mae pursued specialized training and accreditation as a NASMM Senior Move Manager and earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. She brings deep knowledge of local senior resources, housing options, and care options, and is an active member of HAPPEN Idaho, the Treasure Valley’s premier healthcare-related education and networking group. This involvement keeps her closely connected to trusted professionals and up-to-date resources that support seniors and their families through every stage of transition.

Growing up with parents as Realtors, Angela Mae began her Real Estate career specializing in Land Development, Vacant Lots, and New Construction Homes. Prior to Real Estate, her experience as a Kitchen Designer established strong bonds with many local builders and gave her an extensive understanding of quality dynamics in home construction. She has watched our Boise Treasure Valley grow from a small-town community to a metropolitan area, and her diversified experience has given her a unique and native understanding of our quickly changing housing market. Her Business Degree gives her an organized understanding of assisting clients with their best financial decision for their most personal gain. Beginning her Real Estate career during a market downturn, she quickly became an expert on negotiating for her clients and led the way for other Realtors to learn the intricacies of Foreclosures, Short Sales and Bankruptcy home sales. She lends a caring presence to difficult personal situations such as divorce and family members passing, helping to outline and gently lead the process for multiple involved parties.
As a past Army wife with Marine Son, Angela Mae values her education in strongly supporting our Veterans with two certifications to best serve them as a local area Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS). Seniors are another soft spot for her heart. Along with giving seminars on downsizing as a HSR Certified Professional Redesigner, she earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation to best help her mature clients with a smooth transition into their next living situation, doing everything for them from helping them get settled into their new home, to efficiently coordinate the full clearing, cleaning and marketing of their old home with as much or as little involvement as they want or need. She has also earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), e-PRO, and Graduate Realtor institute (GRI) designations to best help all clients in understanding the processes of Buying and Selling Homes, putting herself in the top 3% of Expert Realtors in the Treasure Valley. In 2020 She was her Brokerages Top Salesperson and earned the honor of being featured in 2021 Top Agent Magazine, an International Publication.
